PARIS, Ky. (WKYT) - During a visit to Hazard on Monday, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt said the Trump administration will rollback Obama-era Clean Power Plan aimed at reducing global warming. Pruitt, along with Kentucky Senator and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, also visited the city of Paris while in Kentucky.
