Project Loon' Balloon Service delivers Internet to 100,000 people in Puerto Rico

The FCC(Federal Communications Commission) granted Alphabet Inc.'s Project Loon was partnered with AT and T-Mobile last month to bring LTE connectivity to disaster-stricken Puerto Rico. The project team says its helium air balloons have delivered Internet to 100,000 residents on the Puerto Rico island.
