12 Nov 2017 18:18:20 UTC: The Iraqi city of Halabja was struck by a 7.3 magnitude earthquake on Sunday. The city is located close to the Iraq-Iran border. Citing the deputy governor of the Iranian province of Kermanshah Mojtaba Nikkerdar, the state-run Press TV maintained that 130 people were killed in Iran. It is estimated that more than 1,000 people were injured in the quake. In eastern Iraq four people were killed while several were injured in the Iraqi town of Darbandikhan.
