Tampa police say they believe the deadly shooting in southeast Seminole Heights on Tuesday is likely related to three recent killings in the Tampa neighborhood. The victim has been identified as 60-year-old Ronald Felton. The suspect, described as a black male, 6' to 6'2", thin build, light complexion, armed with a large black pistol, last seen wearing all black clothing, reportedly came up behind the victim and shot him. Police are searching for a suspect and residents are urged to stay in their homes.
